Host: Joining us in a moment is Jane Seymour. She's here to talk about her latest book, "Two at a Time: Having Twins (the Journey through Pregnancy and Birth).

Host: Hi Ms. Seymour! Thanks for coming!

Jane Seymour: Hi! I'm thrilled to be here...

Question: Hello, Jane. This is Tiffany. I wanted to tell you how much I loved your book. Couldn't put it down until I finished. What was the most difficult part about writing this book, and how would you compare this one to your other self-help book?

Jane Seymour: This was really a personal story about my experience having twins, with as much advice I could dispense as to what to do and what not to do. I wrote it with a doctor, and another parent with twins, so it works for anyone who has twins, not just for my particular case. I don't consider it a "self-help" book as much as a guide to an extraordinary experience.

Question: How did you meet Ms. Novotny? And what made you decide to write a book together?

Jane Seymour: She had already written on the subject many years earlier, and when I met her I felt she would convey and edit my words accurately, which she did. I enjoyed working with her.

Question: What forms of dicipline have you implemented in raising Kris & John? Have you tried time outs? Do they work for you? Can you give us an update on Katie, Kalen, Jenny, and Sean? What are they up to these days?

Jane Seymour: In terms of discipline, I try everything. Time outs, losing privileges, and celebrating the good behavior of the other twin, which seems to work. However, they are often very naughty, and they are a gang of two. Kalen is filming "The Terrible Hours" for NBC in Malta and Rome as an actor. His father is directing. Sean is doing very well in high school, and Katie and Jenny are doing well in college. Although, Sean was hit with a baseball yesterday, so he has a big black eye. :-(

Question: Jane I heard you hurt your back and had to have surgery. Are you okay now?

Jane Seymour: I'm about to start rehab, and the surgery was very successful.

Question: Jane any possibility of getting you to sign your other books tomorrow as well as Having Twins?

Jane Seymour: I don't know what the policy is there. I suspect that the priority is to sign the book that is being sold. That's usually the way it works. However, material sent to me, normally with a contribution to the charity, I hand sign. Tomorrow, I'll be at Borders on Park Avenue in New York City, from 5:30 'til 6:30, by the way.

Question: Jane, what's your secret? How do you do it? Juggle a career, home, and family and still find time to do charity work, paint, sketch, write books, design clothes, etc, etc? Your schedule exhausts me and I don't even live it! You truly are a WONDER!!!

Jane Seymour: I'm EXHAUSTED!!! LOL Mercifully, I sleep well, and enjoy what I do.

Question: Everyone is so excited about the new DQ movie airing next month, what can you tell us about the plot? And is it really possible we may look forward to a third movie being made in the future?

Jane Seymour: If this Dr. Quinn does well, I'm pretty sure there will be another one. This one takes place in Boston, and there are many storylines, but the principal one is my mother's impending death, and Colleen's graduation from medical school. But there's plenty of romance, and family, and typical Dr. Quinn material in it. The Dr. Quinn movie airs on Saturday, May 19th, at 8:00... our old time slot.

Question: Do you still have most of the wardrobe from Dr. Quinn? Do you think you will be auctioning any for charity in the future?

Jane Seymour: I'm keeping the clothes, because we wear them when I play Dr. Quinn. And I'm saving them to be used in future episodes.

Question: What are your hopes for your children do you want to encourage them to become actors

Jane Seymour: Not necessarily. I want them to be happy, and feel that they're contributing to society. Really, their happiness is all that counts to me.

Question: Jane what is your next project?

Jane Seymour: I have a number of art shows coming up, and I haven't decided what movie to do next. But, I have been offered some.

Question: Hi Jane, I love your book! I couldn't put it down once I started reading it! I was wondering if you were actually thinking about writing this while you were pregnant or if it occurred to you after you had the twins?

Jane Seymour: I was asked to write it after I had the twins by Pocket Books, because there was no book on the subject. And I'm really glad now that I did, because if nothing else it's a wonderful way for me to remember, and for the children to know how they were born. I heard today that they're in third reprint. Even before it's launched, it's more popular than they imagined. It's even appealing to people who hadn't even thought of having twins.

Question: Hi Jane, I'm Rick. I'd like to know how you choose roles differently now than you did 20 years ago.

Jane Seymour: I choose roles about older women. :-) The same criteria, but I'm offered better roles. Women get more interesting with age. Like good wine. :-)

Question: I wondered why there were no pictures included of the twins now, as they are at 5 in the book

Jane Seymour: The purpose of the book was about pregnancy and the first year. If I ever write a subsequent book about raising twins, I'm sure I'll put in pictures of the boys as they are now. This book was principally about pregnancy and birth.

Question: Would you say that boys or girls are more challenging?

Jane Seymour: Twin boys are very challenging. LOL My friends with twin girls, or a boy and a girl seem less challenged than me. Twin boys are very difficult... They fight.

Question: Jane, the christening picture is great! What faith were the boys christened in?

Jane Seymour: They weren't. They're just wearing the gowns. We believe in a higher power, but do not belong to any specific church. We have godparents, but no ceremony. They were antique christening gowns that Katie and Sean also wore.

Host: Thank you Jane! We wish you the best! Please come back soon!

Jane Seymour: Thank you for all your support. I'm thrilled some of you have seen the book. I hope to see some of you tomorrow. And let's all hope Dr. Quinn does well in May. Thanks again! Love, Jane
